Equipment Rental/Set Up Fee   $40.00 (Plus PA Sales Tax)

We’ll provide warming trays (chafing dishes) and Sterno fuel needed for the hot items on your menu.  Includes set up of buffet and equipment retrieval afterwards  (Delivery charge applied for excessive distance to locations).

Service  $200.00 (Plus PA Sales Tax)

Includes 2 service attendants, coffee service, white table linen, skirting and décor for buffet and service tables, chafing dishes and serving trays, and set up & clean up of all required equipment and provided services.  If over 75 guests, additional attendants will be required at $80.00 each.

Distant Delivery Charge   Starting at $25.00 (Plus PA Sales Tax)

Only applies if your location is more than 20 miles or 30 minutes from downtown Erie, PA.  Otherwise, delivery is free for events with 50 or more guests.
