James Guenther, Jr (Jimmy G) , is the former owner of Jimmy G’s Restaurant, which he operated for 19 years.  He opened Jimmy G’s Restaurant & Catering in 1989 with the dream of providing the community  a restaurant where they could ‘Wine and Dine in Casual Elegance’, and that he did.

Aside from winning numerous awards (Best New Restaurant, Best Service , Best Caterer-North and Best in Pittsburgh) Jimmy created an atmosphere that exclusively unique in reflecting his high standards for food and service.

Delicious food, a friendly staff and charming ambiance is what Jimmy aspired to establish in his restaurant and through his catered events.  These values and his extensive experience transcend to his assuring you an “Event  to Remember”.
